Returns for Damaged Items Only
- Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged upon delivery.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return.
No Change of Mind Policy
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong item.
How to Initiate a Return

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approval:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds for Damaged Items
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
