At Need & Luxury, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they are delivered to you in perfect condition. Please review our return policy carefully:

Returns for Damaged Items Only

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged upon delivery.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return.

No Change of Mind Policy

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at needandluxury@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Approval:
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds for Damaged Items

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
