• We currently ship to overall Pakistan
• If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact us at needandluxury@gmail.com to confirm availability.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after order is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: with in 3-5 days orders above 5,000
• Express Shipping: with in 1 day orders above than 5,000

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping:  3-5 business days
• Express shipping:  1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
